宋永端

宋永端,男,汉族,1962年6月生,重庆长寿人,自动化、人工智能领域国际知名专家,现任重庆大学人工智能研究院院长。国家首批高层次人才、IEEE Fellow、中国自动化学会会士、中国人工智能学会会士,任《IEEE TNNLS》主编,《Journal of Automation and Intelligence》创始主编。曾任美国国家航空研究院协同系统中心主任,Langley 杰出科学家。2025年当选中国工程院外籍院士。

作为重庆大学自动化学院两届院长与学科带头人,推动该学科在全球排名跃升至第25位,成功领衔创建了教育部“自主无人系统安全与控制”国际合作联合实验室与科技部“111学科创新引智基地”,并成功引进IEEE Fellow、海外名师、总统奖得主等20余位国际顶尖专家,显著提升了我国在智能系统领域的科研创新能力。同时,为西部地区培养并凝聚了一批具备国际视野的青年骨干,包括长江学者、国家杰青以及“四青”层次人才,为西部学科梯队建设奠定了重要而坚实基础。

宋永端教授在非线性系统预设时间控制、时空变换智能控制等前沿方向取得系列突破性成果,为国防装备精确制导、高端制造智能化升级提供了核心技术支撑。他先后主持国家973计划、863计划、国家重点研发计划等30余项国家级重大科研任务。

宋永端教授在国际顶级期刊发表论文400余篇,出版专著12部,授权中、美、日发明专利100余项,H指数超过80,论文总被引超过25,000次,连续多年入选“全球顶尖2%科学家”榜单。荣获中国侨界贡献奖(创新类)一等奖、中国自动化学会“人工智能与自动化创新团队奖”、多项省部级科技成果一等奖、IEEE Andrew P. Sage最佳论文奖等。

科研情况简介:

先后主持国家科技部重点研发专项、国家自然科学基金、973 计划、863 计划等国家级科研 项目/课题 20 余项,取得系列重要理论创新和应用创新成果,分别发表于 IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, Automatica, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics等控制及人工智能领域国际顶级期刊。宋教授创建了国际电气电子工程师学会 IEEE 重庆计算智能分会并担任首任主席,任中国自动化学会常务理事,重庆市智能物联网产业联盟技术委员会副主任,重庆市智能机器人联盟副理事长。培养了一批优秀青年人才,包括中组部青年拔尖人才,中国自动化学会优秀博士,重庆市优秀博士等10余人次。出版专著/教材12部,发表重要学术论文300余篇,授权中、美、日发明专利80余项。
