Zhi-Ping Zuo was born in Chongqing, China, in 1989. He received the bachelor’s degree from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree from the School of Electrical Engineering, Chongqing University, Chongqing, China. His current research interests include the fabrication of anti-icing materials application on insulators and wireless power transfer.
